We are currently coordinating and planning our 40 hour Advanced CPTED (Certification) course and our Retail Theft Prevention Course in Virginia with DCJS for dates TBD in August.
We will present in the DCJS In-Service Crime Prevention Recertification course September 28-29, 2026.
We will be presenting on September 25th at the Crime Clinic Annual Seminar.

Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) is deeply rooted in the professional design field. We believe that architects are creative visionaries who already possess much of the knowledge needed to understand and apply CPTED, but may not understand how the application in their designs can improve safety and how to do so without quelling creativity. The course marries design to safety and security through collaboration of design professionals and law enforcement.
